There's real range inside that. Kimberley North has homes from the early 1960s with attached two-car garages. Pine Lake Estates, with its private beach on Pine Lake, has homes going back to the mid-'60s. Walnut Lake Hills includes late-'70s homes with side-entry three-car garages, finished basements, and beach-association privileges on Walnut Lake. That brine rides in on your tires and soaks into bare concrete, scaling and pitting the surface. A sealed, non-porous floor lets it wipe right up.
Walkout lower levels and finished basements
